What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Follow up call is made to customer to ask about their specific situation (i.e. - location, floors, stairs, highrise, gated community, etc.) in addition to their availability for their move. We try our best to accommodate our clients as soon as possible. We ask questions in regards to the type of furniture, to ensure that we have all the tools and proper equipment to perform the job right. After booking, we send follow up emails with the estimated quote for the client to electronically sign. The day before the scheduled move, we will follow up via email and text to ensure that all details and conditions of the move have remained the same.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our crew has over a decade of professional moving experience, and 20+ years of professional cleaning experience. Our customer service team has over a 10+ years experience in customer service, business, follow up, and scheduling. Our company is fully licensed and insured, and offers the highest level of protection for your household items and household. Our FL License no. - IM2655, and we also carry General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1 Million per occurrence.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We saw a need for a professional moving company at low prices. It seemed as if all repeatable moving companies charged an arm and a leg. Moving should be affordable, not break the bank. In addition, we found that lower priced "movers" were often mom and pop, and not properly licensed or insured, leaving customers open to negligence and risk. We saw this as an opportunity to provide exactly what we do - PROVIDE EXPERIENCED, PROFESSIONAL, LICENSED AND INSURED MOVING at LOW PRICES.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our average customer is someone who looks for VALUE. A customer who isn't necessarily going for the least expensive movers, but weights out the benefits to having a professional moving company compared to guys next door. Our average customer is savvy, and shops around to not pay for professional movers more than they need to. They are looking for a local company, without all of the up charge fees that come along with national branding or advertising. Our local company and local based marketing costs passes the savings off to our clients.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Sq. footage of home, number of boxes, excessively heavy items (i.e. piano, fish tank, pool table) beds that require disassembly, flights of stairs, elevators, dismantlement of In wall televisions, or any scenarios which could effect the quoted move time.
